誰かを（自分も？）励ます時に是非使いたい言葉ですね。
日本語でも英語でも同じことが当てはまるのですが、文脈をくみ取らずにフレーズだけを直訳して使うと、本来の意図とは違ったメッセージが相手に届いてしまうことがあります。
